Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes! The Crunchyroll Store ships to many places around the world. If you’re outside of the U.S. or Canada, we recommend visiting the Crunchyroll Store EU instead — item availability can be different, and the EU store ships from our warehouse in Belgium.
A few things to keep in mind when ordering internationally:
- Home video items ship only within the U.S. and Canada.
- Your country may charge customs, duties, or import taxes. These aren’t included in your checkout total.
- Delivery times can vary depending on your local carrier or customs process.

Are there countries you do not ship to?
Orders from the U.S. Crunchyroll Store cannot be shipped outside the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or Moldova.
If you're shopping from one of these regions, please use the EU Store instead!
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We ship to P.O. boxes, but please note the following exceptions and details:
- Express shipping is not available. Express orders are delivered by FedEx, which does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
- Your package will be delivered by USPS or another eligible carrier.
- Please ensure you provide your complete P.O. box number during checkout.
How do I change my shipping address?
We are unable to modify the shipping address for orders that are already in progress.
If you have a preorder or backordered item that has not yet shipped, please contact Crunchyroll Support with your updated address, and we will assist you if possible.
For packages that return to the warehouse due to non-delivery, we automatically process a refund.
