Are pre-order release dates accurate?
We are always in touch with our suppliers to make sure every release date hits the mark! But even in the world of anime, surprises happen. If a pre-order date changes due to reasons beyond our control, do not worry- we will swoop in with updates to keep you in the loop. Plus, we have got you covered with a monthly list of delayed items, so you will never miss a beat when your goodies are on the way!
The pre-order window has closed. Can I still purchase it?
There’s a chance we may have additional units for purchase once the product is released. Just enter your email on the product page to be notified if / when units are available for you to get your hands on.
Why did a pre-order item close early?
In rare instances, we might close up pre-orders early at vendor request or if we sell out before the deadline.
What payment methods can I use for pre-orders?
As of now, we only accept credit cards and Crunchyroll Gift Cards as payment methods for pre-order items. But do not worry, other payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Sezzle are available for in-stock items!
When will you charge my credit card for pre-orders?

Your credit card will be charged when your order is being prepared for its journey to you in our warehouse.

At the time of purchase, an authorization charge might be placed on your card, this is only temporary and will disappear in a few days!
Can I cancel my pre-order?
- Yes, however it depends on the status.
- Item has not been shipped: No worries, just contact us and we will cancel your pre-order and issue a full refund.
- Item has been shipped/shipping process: Unfortunately we cannot cancel it, however you can go ahead and contact customer service to get ahead on the return process!
What happens if my order contains multiple pre-order products?

If your order contains multiple pre-order products they will journey separately to you based on their estimated pre-order date.

If your order contains multiple pre-order products with the same release date, they’ll band together and be shipped in one package.

We will keep you in the loop with shipping confirmation for each individual shipment.
My pre-order was canceled. What happened?

We give it our all to fulfill every order, but sometimes even heroes stumble. Whether it’s quantity limitations, manufacturer errors, inaccurate pricing, or pesky fraud we’ve got your back. If an order is canceled, we will follow through with an email explaining why it was canceled.
