How do I check my shipping email?
Once your order ships, you should get a confirmation email from orders@crunchyroll.com with your tracking number. If it’s not in your inbox, take a quick look in your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder—it sometimes hides there.
Still not seeing it even though your order was supposed to ship more than 5 days ago? Go ahead and reach out to Crunchyroll Support with your order number. Our team will help locate your order and provide updates!
When will my package ship?
If you want to check when your order is expected to ship, here’s where to look:
If you checked out while logged in:
- Log in to your account at store.crunchyroll.com.
- Select your avatar in the top right corner.
- Choose Order History to see your order details and estimated ship dates.
If you checked out as a guest:
- Open the account drop-down menu.
- Select Order Status.
- Enter your order number, the email used at checkout, and your billing postal code to get your order status.
Once your order starts moving, you’ll get a tracking email so you can follow your package.
How do I track my package?
Most U.S. orders ship through UPS, USPS, FedEx, or OSM Worldwide.
You can track your package using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
If your estimated ship date has already passed, your order might still be getting prepared behind the scenes—sometimes, items take a little extra time to reach our warehouse. Your order will ship as soon as everything is ready.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
Here are a few common reasons why your order might not be on the way yet:
- Preorders: These ship once the item is officially released.
- Backorders: Some items need to be restocked before they ship.
- Multiple items: Your items may ship in separate packages depending on availability.
- Ship Together option: If you chose this option at checkout, your entire order will ship as a single package once all items are available.
- Vendor delays: Sometimes items take a bit longer to arrive at our warehouse.
