Here are some steps you can take to track your package and get the latest updates:
1. Check your email: If your package has already been shipped, you should have received an email notification from orders@crunchyroll.com. This email will contain your order number and tracking information. If you haven't received any notification, please check your Spam folder, as sometimes important emails can end up there.
2. When will my package ship? To check the estimated ship date of your package:
- Log into your Crunchyroll Store account by visiting this link: Crunchyroll Store Account
- Click on the 'My Account' icon located on the top right side of the screen and select Order History
- You can select the order number for the item/s you are inquiring about and view the estimated ship date. Don't worry, as soon as your package ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
3. Tracking your package: Our shipments are usually handled by Post NL
4. Past Estimated Ship Date: If the estimated ship date has passed, and you haven't received your package yet, it's possible that we haven't received the shipment from the manufacturer or there may be delays in overseas shipping. Rest assured, we are actively working to get these items to our warehouse from our vendor. Once they arrive, we will promptly ship them out, and you'll receive a confirmation and tracking email.
To stay updated on any changes to the estimated ship date:
- Check your Order History in your Crunchyroll Store account on the top right side of the screen.
- Choose the order you are inquiring about and then select the item. If an updated estimated ship date is not shown, you can also refer to our Delayed Items List, which we update monthly. You can find the list here: Delayed Items List.
