How do I activate my Crunchyroll service?
After you have completed your subscription for Crunchyroll through O2, you will receive an SMS and an email with a link. Using that link will take you to Crunchyroll to log in. Or, if you don’t have a Crunchyroll account, you will be able to create one and link your subscription.
Don't worry if you miss the SMS and email. You can always get a link to activate your subscription by visiting your O2 wallet, searching for Crunchyroll, then selecting Activate.
How is Crunchyroll billed through O2?
The fee for your Crunchyroll subscription will be added to your O2 bill, which you can pay on your normal O2 billing date. This fee will be added to your bill monthly on the date you start your subscription.
Can I upgrade with O2 if I already have a free Crunchyroll account?
Yes! Free account holders can upgrade to Premium through O2. When activating your subscription, just log in to your free account.
