- Wait 1–2 hours before trying again
- Avoid repeated attempts during this time
I can’t add a credit/debit card or subscribe
- Check your browser or device
- Clear cache and cookies
- Try another browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
- Switch devices (desktop ↔ mobile)

- Ensure billing address + ZIP/postal code match your bank
You may see a temporary $1 charge; it will disappear within 24–48 hours.

I’m trying to use PayPal
- Make sure you’re logged in as a free member
- Select your plan and choose Pay with PayPal
If the PayPal window doesn’t open:
- Enable pop-ups
- Try another browser or device
I’m updating or adding a payment method

- Disable ad blockers
- Confirm your card is valid and has funds
- Avoid prepaid cards
I see “Error, try again.”
This error can happen after multiple attempts or a temporary block. Taking a short break before retrying can help.

- Ensure billing details match your bank
If the issue continues:
- Take a screenshot
- Contact support with:
- Payment method
- Approximate time of attempt
My payment says “Processing.”
- Check your details
- Card not expired
- Sufficient funds
- Billing info matches bank records
- Try another setup
- Switch browsers or devices
- Try subscribing through the app (mobile)
- Check for bank verification
- Approve any pending transaction in your bank app or SMS
For Google Play (Android)
- Ensure your Google Play account is active
- Retry purchase through Google Play
