If your payment was made through PayPal and you’re working on a billing or refund issue, having a few key details ready will help us find your transaction faster.
Here’s what to gather:
- The email address linked to your PayPal account
- Your full name as it appears in PayPal
- The Crunchyroll Invoice ID
- The PayPal Order ID (this is a long mix of letters and numbers)
If you can, include a screenshot of the PayPal transaction that clearly shows the Order ID.
How to find your Order and Invoice IDs in PayPal
- Sign in to PayPal Activity.
- Find and click your Crunchyroll payment in the list.
- On the transaction page, look for:
- Invoice ID
- Order ID — this one is longer than a normal transaction code.
- Copy and paste those IDs into your message to Crunchyroll Support.
- Don’t want to send a screenshot? No problem, just share the Order ID text instead.
What is the refund timing?
If your refund has already been approved, it will go back to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear on your bank or PayPal statement within 2–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
If you’ve followed these steps and still don’t see your refund after 10 business days, reach out to Crunchyroll Support with your Order ID and payment date. We’ll be happy to double-check for you!
