Running into trouble adding PayPal as a payment method? Don’t worry, this is usually simple to fix! Here’s what to do depending on your situation:
If you already have a Crunchyroll subscription
PayPal may still be linked to another Crunchyroll account. To resolve this:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- In PayPal Settings, delete the billing agreement with Crunchyroll.
- Once removed, you’ll be able to use your PayPal account on a different Crunchyroll account.
If you've never had a Crunchyroll subscription
If PayPal isn’t working as a new payment option, try these steps:
- Go to the Crunchyroll payment page and select Pay With PayPal.
- If the PayPal window does not open, check that your browser allows pop-ups.
- If the issue continues, try adding PayPal from the Crunchyroll mobile app.
