Seeing a charge you don’t recognize on your bank statement can be a nerve-racking experience. If you’re not sure how to resolve it, or even where to start, don’t worry! We’ve got your back. Here’s how to investigate and resolve it:
- Double-check with your household. A family member, friend, or someone in your Google or Apple family plan may have signed up using your payment method by mistake. If your family plan uses a shared payment method, check with those members to confirm the charges.
- Contact Crunchyroll Support. If you’re still not sure where the charge is coming from, please reach out to Crunchyroll Support.
