How do I change my membership plan?

Crunchyroll allows you to Upgrade or Downgrade your membership directly on the website. 

1. Go to Settings → Membership Info
   
    
2. Click on CHANGE PLAN
   
    
3. Select your desired plan from the options shown and select Choose Plan.
   
4. You can then Review Plan Changes. This process lets you review the plan you’re switching to, see any charges that are due, and verify the payment method that will be used for your subscription.
   
5. Click Finish Checkout to save changes.

Let’s power up your membership! Just a quick heads up, these steps are only for monthly plans.

1. Go to Account > Subscription
   
    
2. Select UPGRADE NOW and pick the plan you want by hitting UPGRADE SUBSCRIPTION.
     
    
3. You will be taken to the App Store/Google Play Store to confirm the payment and upgrade.

4. Once the upgrade is done, you will get a confirmation message.
    

If I want to move to a lower-cost plan (for example, from Mega Fan to Fan), here’s how it works:

1. Check how you’re billed.
   • If you subscribed through a third party (Apple, Google Play, Roku, Amazon, or PayPal), you’ll need to manage your plan through that platform.
   • If you subscribed on Crunchyroll.com, you can manage your membership under Settings → Membership Info.

2. Cancel your current plan.
   • Go ahead and cancel your subscription now. Cancel your current subscription by following the steps in our guide. Don’t worry, canceling doesn’t end your access right away. You’ll still keep all your Premium perks until your next renewal date.

3. Re-subscribe to your new plan.
   • Once your account returns to Free after your current plan ends, head to crunchyroll.com/premium and choose your new plan.
   • If you have a discount or promo code, you can apply it when you re-subscribe.
