Here’s how to remove your backup payment method from Crunchyroll:
- Log in to your Crunchyroll account on your computer.
- Go to your Profile > Settings > Membership Info.
- Click Manage Payment Method.
- Click the three dots (⋮) next to the backup payment method you’d like to remove.
- Select Delete to delete the payment method.
Important Note
Please note: To remove your primary payment method, you have to set another payment method as the primary payment method first.
