How to redeem your code
- Go to our Prepaid Code Redemption page.
- Log in with your Crunchyroll account.
- Enter your code exactly as shown, then select Redeem.
Once redeemed, your subscription or credit will be applied to your account automatically.
I’m having trouble redeeming prepaid code or gift card?
- Double-check that you typed the code exactly as it appears (watch out for spaces and special characters).
- Make sure your code hasn’t already been used.
