Interested in changing your billing date to a different day? Here’s what you need to know!
Your billing date is based on the day you first subscribed. For monthly plans, you’ll be charged on that same day each month. For annual plans, you’ll be charged on that same day once a year.
How to find your billing date
To find your billing date, you need to access your account using a web browser:
- Log in to your account and select your profile
- Go to Settings > Membership Info
Note: Your billing date will only be displayed here if your subscription was created directly through the Crunchyroll website. If you signed up through a third-party service (like Apple, Google Play, Roku, etc.), you’ll need to check your billing details in that platform’s account settings.
How can I change my billing date?
While you can’t adjust your billing date manually, you can cancel your membership and resubscribe on your preferred billing date. Here’s how to do that:
-
Cancel your existing Crunchyroll membership.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- Re-subscribe on your preferred billing date.
- Restart your Premium membership at any time, and your new billing cycle will begin from that date.
Tip: If you’d like your billing date to always fall near payday, time your re-subscription to match that schedule!
