If you’d like to stop receiving Crunchyroll’s automated emails, here are the ways you can unsubscribe:
Use the unsubscribe Link
Every automated email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking this link will stop that type of email from being sent to you.
Keep in mind: Crunchyroll sends different types of emails (for example: account notifications, service updates, and marketing emails). If you’d like to unsubscribe from multiple categories, you’ll need to use the unsubscribe link on each type of email.
Update your account settings
You can also manage your email preferences directly in your Crunchyroll account:
- Log in to your Crunchyroll account.
- Click on your avatar in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings > Email Notifications.
- Check or uncheck the boxes for the emails you’d like to unsubscribe from.
- Wait for the “Changes Saved” banner at the top of the page to confirm your updates.
It may take up to a minute for changes to be applied.
