Sometimes, your old username just doesn’t fit anymore. If it’s time to evolve your username into its second form, we’ve got the walkthrough you need!
Whether you’re a Fan, Mega Fan, or Ultimate Fan, you can create up to five profiles on your account. But only the primary account holder can choose or change their username.
How do I change my username?
If you’d like to update your username, the best way is to contact Crunchyroll Support. Ask to speak to an agent and let them know you want to change your username. We’ll help you make it happen!
How do I set a username if I don’t already have one?
If you created an account but never set a username, here’s how to add one:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to your profile picture and click anywhere on the highlighted name next to the pencil icon.
- Under Profile Name, enter your desired username.
- You can include: numbers, hyphens (-), underscores (_).
- You cannot include: blank spaces, periods, or other special characters.
- Double-check your choice — you’ll need Support’s help if you want to change it later.
- Click Save. A confirmation message will appear at the top of the page.
