I want to add or change my phone number
- Go to My Account → Phone
- Enter your phone number (include country code and “+”, e.g., +91 or +55)
- Save your changes
- Enter the OTP sent via text message
If you don’t receive the OTP:
- Check your number and country code
- Make sure your phone can receive SMS
- Wait a few minutes and try again
I’m having trouble logging in with my phone number
- Enter your phone number manually (avoid autofill)
- Include the country code and “+”
- Make sure the number is already added to your account
- Re-enter the OTP carefully
If it still doesn’t work:
- Clear cache/cookies or app data
- Try another browser or device
- Use an Incognito/Private window
You can also log in with your email and password to confirm your account details.
I’m having trouble signing up with my phone number

- Make sure your email or phone number is entered correctly (no extra spaces)
- Check that it isn’t already linked to another account
- Clear cache/cookies or app data and try again
- Use another browser or device
Once everything is set up, you’ll be able to log in quickly and get back to your anime!
