If you're having trouble unsubscribing from automated emails, you have a few options.
At the bottom of each automated email (like Daily Deals or the Newsletter), you will get a unique link specific to your email. Click on that link and you'll be unsubscribed.
To unsubscribe through your own account, follow these steps:
- Click "Profile" in the upper right corner of any Crunchyroll page
- Choose "Settings"
- Choose "Email Subscriptions"
- Select the subscriptions you would like to unsubscribe from. When you check or uncheck a box, wait a moment until you see the "Changes Saved" notification on the top banner. Depending on how busy it is, it may take up to a minute for changes to be registered.
If for any reason you are still receiving emails after completing these steps, we'd love to assist you. Please write in a help ticket and be sure to include the your email address as it exists in the mail headers from a recent mailing. To find this information you will need to inspect the emails details.
In Gmail for example, this could be found by opening the email and clicking the small down arrow in the header where it says "to me". Please copy and paste your email from the drop down that appears. This will make sure we're looking for the correct version of your email address. (accounting for any "." or "+" additions that may or may not be there)
