Using your web browser
- Embark on your journey by logging in to Crunchyroll.
- Venture to your Profile.
- Click on Settings.
- Select Email.
- Click or tap SEND EMAIL CHANGE LINK.
- Keep an eye on your inbox for a secure link to change your email. If you don't see it at first, remember to check your Spam and Promotions folders!
Using your phone or tablet
- Prepare for your quest by opening the Crunchyroll app.
- Go to your Account.
- Tap on Email.
- Tap REQUEST EMAIL CHANGE LINK.
- Keep an eye on your inbox for a secure link to change your email. Be sure to check your Spam and Promotions folders if you don't see it.
- Tap Change Email to be whisked to another screen to enter your new email address and current password.

How do I verify my account before changing my email?
Before we can update your email, we’ll need to make sure you’re the account owner. When you contact Crunchyroll Support, please include the following details to help us verify your account faster:
- Your current email address (even if you can’t access it anymore).
- The new email address you’d like to use.
- Your payment details, depending on how you subscribed:
- Credit/debit card: last 4 digits, card brand (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), expiration date, and billing ZIP or postal code.
- PayPal: your PayPal transaction ID or the email used for your PayPal account.
- Google Play or Apple: the order or receipt number from your Google or Apple account.
Make sure your new email address isn’t already linked to another Crunchyroll account. If it is, you’ll need to use a different one. Once we confirm your information, our team will update your account and send a confirmation to your new email address.
If you’re trying to transfer your membership to another account, this is handled the same way as an email change. You’ll just need to contact us using your current account’s email so we can verify ownership and make the update safely.
