How do I reset my password?

In this article, we will guide you on how to reset your password if you are:

 

On the website:

  1. Click on FORGOT PASSWORD on the login page, or go to https://sso.crunchyroll.com/reset_password
  2. Type in the email address associated with your account
  3. Locate the email. Be sure to check your regular mailbox and Spam
  4. Click on click here on the email

  5. Type in the new password
  6. Click on RESET PASSWORD

Go to the top of the page.

 

On the mobile app (Android and iOS)

  1. Tap on the Forgot Password?
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account and tap SEND RESET LINK

  3. Locate the email. Be sure to check your inbox and Spam. Click on click here on the email.

  4. Type in the new password and click on RESET PASSWORD

Go to the top of the page.

If you are logged into your account…

 

On the website

  1. Go to My Account → Change Password

  2. Type in the old and new passwords and click on CHANGE PASSWORD

On the Mobile App (Android and iOS)

  1. Go to Account
  2. Select Change Password

  3. Enter the old passwords and confirm the changes with CHANGE PASSWORD
