I can’t log in
On the website
- Go to the login page and select Forgot Password
- Enter the email linked to your account
- Check your inbox and open the reset email
- Follow the link to create a new password
- Select Reset Password
On the mobile app (Android & iOS)
I’m still logged in

- Go to Settings → Account → Password
- Select Reset Password
- Enter your email and select Send
- Follow the instructions in the email
