Restart your console and refresh the app
- Restart your console and refresh the app Press and hold the PS button on your controller.
- Choose Power > Turn Off PS4/PS5 (wait until the light stops blinking).
- Unplug the power cable for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn the console on.
- On the home screen, highlight the Crunchyroll app, press Options, select Delete.
- Reinstall the Crunchyroll app from PlayStation Store.
Update your PlayStation system software
- Go to Settings > System.
- Select System Software > System Software Update and Settings > Update System Software.
- If an update is available, follow the prompts.
Check for an app update (and where it’s installed)
- On the home screen, highlight Crunchyroll, press Options > Check for Update.
- If you use extended storage, move the app to internal storage for best performance:
Settings > Storage > move Crunchyroll to Console Storage.
