In this article, you will find steps that will help you if you run into issues such as:
- Buffering
- Stuttering
- Shows/episodes not loading
First, let's follow these general steps that can help you fix these issues:
- Check your router: Ensure that your router is functioning properly. Check if the power and internet lights are on and stable. If not, try restarting your router by unplugging it from the power source, waiting for 10 seconds, and then plugging it back in.
- Position your router properly: Make sure your router is placed in a central location in your home or office. Avoid placing it near walls, metal objects, or other electronic devices that may interfere with the Wi-Fi signal.
- Check for software updates: Ensure that the Crunchyroll app and device software (OS) are up-to-date.
- Reduce network congestion: If multiple devices are connected to your network and use a significant amount of bandwidth, it can lead to buffering issues. Try reducing network congestion by disconnecting devices that are not in use or limiting the number of devices connected at the same time.
