Get ready for an anime adventure! In this article you will discover steps to tackle common streaming issues such as:
- Buffering
- Stuttering
- Shows/episodes not loading
Let’s start with some general steps that can help you defeat these issues:
- Check your Router: Ensure your router is running smoothly with stable power and internet lights. If they’re not steady, restart your router by unplugging it, waiting ten seconds, and plugging it back in.
- Position your router properly: Place your router in the heart of your home or office. Avoid placing it near walls, metal objects, other electronic devices that might mess with its signal.
- Check for software updates: Ensure your Crunchyroll app and device software (OS) are up-to-date.
- Reduce network congestion: If your network is crowded with multiple devices hogging bandwidth, it could lead to buffering issues. Try disconnecting devices that are not in use or limiting the number of connected devices.
