Having trouble watching anime on your Xbox? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Try the steps below to fix common playback issues.
Restart your console from the Power Center
- Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller to open the Power Center.
- Select Restart console > Restart.
Restart your console from the Guide
- Press the Xbox button on your controller.
- Go to Profile & system > Settings > General > Power Options > Restart now.
Disconnect and reconnect the power cable
- Hold the Xbox button for 10 seconds until the console shuts down.
- Unplug the power cable and wait 10 seconds.
- Plug the power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button to turn the console on again.
